Recordkeeping for Mental Health Providers Practicing In-Person and Telehealth

Serve Clients, Protect Providers, and Follow the Law

(6 CE units)

This course was most recently offered in April and May 2020.

This interactive presentation invites attendees to regard recordkeeping as an opportunity to not only to serve clients’ needs but also to protect themselves in the event of an audit or legal action. Attendees learn how to optimize documentation in order to maintain records and write notes that support clinical practice, survive scrutiny, and serve clients as best they can.
