Privacy Notice

Banister Advisors, LLC (“Banister”) will not rent or sell any personal data (“Data”) that it is exposed to from service provision and any other communications or interactions (collectively, “Services”) with its clients, partners, nor vendors (collectively, the “Stakeholders”). Banister will treat any Data that it collects, discloses, holds, uses, or otherwise processes in accordance with its posted Privacy Notice. Banister reserves the right to amend its Privacy Notice as required from time to time. Banister will take all reasonable steps to notify Stakeholders in writing if it becomes aware of any actual, threatened, or suspected breach of Data.
Banister agrees to comply with its respective obligations under any applicable privacy laws or legislation, as may be amended from time to time, in relation to any Data that it collects, uses, or discloses in connection with the Services.
Banister will retain Stakeholder Data only for so long as needed to provide Services to Stakeholders, or otherwise as necessary for Company to comply with its legal obligations, resolve disputes, and/or enforce its legal rights.
Payment Terms & Fulfillment Policy

Each Engagement is initiated by the payment of a Retainer equal to fifty percent of the total lower-end estimated project cost, as detailed in the Statement of Work section of each signed Client Services Agreement.
The Retainer is due upon receipt and must be paid by the Client to the Company before Services will commence.
All subsequent Fees shall be paid by the Client to the Company within fifteen (15) days of Invoice Date. Any past-due Fees shall accrue simple interest on the outstanding balance at 12% per annum.
Refund Policy

Banister Advisors, LLC does not issue refunds for Fees or Retainers.
