The highest compliment we can receive is the referral of your clients, friends, family, and business associates.

For our professional and healthcare colleagues, and other community members.

Are you a clinical provider, attorney, CFP®, accountant, trustee, fiduciary, estate director, real estate broker/agent, or other professional aware of a client situation outside your area of expertise?

Feel free to edit the following content as you see fit to help connect us with those who might benefit from our services.

I wanted to make you aware of a resource that might be useful given your current situation.

Banister Advisors offers a unique service to help families like yours to get through overwhelming circumstances, in the best manner possible.  They provide a compassionate approach and are highly effective given their backgrounds in medical social work, strategy consulting, law, conflict resolution, and behavioral health support.  People often call them when they aren’t sure where else to turn.

Banister’s expertise is in supporting clients who may benefit from guidance outside the direct expertise of their current professional team.  Broadly speaking, they help individuals and families facing physical and mental health issues/crises (all ages, pediatric to geriatric), family decision-making conflicts, complex eldercare, end-of-life planning, bereavement, after loss, and the non-legal tasks for estate settlement.  I trust their team to handle sensitive concerns discreetly, efficiently, and appropriately.

You can learn more at banisteradvisors.com.  If you’re ready to connect with them now, you can easily book a 15-minute conversation with one of their Navigators using this link: hello.banisteradvisors.com

Banister Advisors."

  • If I refer someone, will they be charged right away?
We never charge anyone fees for initial conversations. It’s important for prospective clients to feel comfortable sharing as much or as little as they like when we first connect. We want to make sure people understand both what we do, and how we do it, before moving toward the next steps. These phone calls typically last 15 minutes.
  • What happens after I refer someone to Banister?
Every engagement starts with clients scheduling a brief intro call. People typically find us when they need help before, during, or after a complex, overwhelming, or crisis-level situation that involves them or someone they care about. Prospective clients appreciate being able to use our easy, online scheduling tool.
  • After an introductory conversation, what comes next?
If clients see a fit between their needs and our service model, we can then coordinate an hour-long paid consultation. These consultations allow us to develop a detailed approach since every client situation is unique. These consultations occur with one of our expert Navigators and are made available to clients who are ready to take the next steps forward in working with our team. These Zoom, phone, or in-person meetings can include just one person, or up to entire families.
  • After the consultation phase, what should people expect?
We begin our work once clients approve our proposed plan and after they sign a formal client agreement. By quickly aligning on specific goals, requirements, and preferences, our team can proceed with confidence in effectively addressing client needs. Our proposals provide timeline estimates and anticipated fee ranges for clients to consider well in advance so that they can feel comfortable knowing how much they will need to invest before they start working with Banister.
  • How, and when, do client engagements typically end?
Our services wrap up when outcomes have been achieved. Our professionals stay focused on delivering services as efficiently as possible, but always with a compassionate touch and an emphasis on prioritizing ways to mitigate risk. Many engagements are completed with a seamless client transition to local community partners to meet ongoing support needs. Our clients guide us to complete our service engagements as soon as they are ready.
